Red Falcon Ranch selectively sells goats and rabbits for show, breeding, and pets. We become attached to each and every animal. It is hard for us to part with them, but we know that we can't keep them all. The animals are listed in this order: Boer Goats, Angora Goats, and Jersey Wooly Rabbits. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BOER GOATS We are not growing our boer herd so all boer kids will be for sale. Check back after March 1, 2010 for pictures of the kids as they are born. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- COLORED ANGORA GOATS Angora Wethers and non-breeding Does SIMBA: Simba is a wether that produces beautiful brown mohair. Very gentle, people-loving personality. $150.00 PENELOPE: Pene was born last spring. She has beautiful black mohair. She will be sold as a non-breeding doe because I do not feel that she will be large enough, or robust enough, to support a pregnancy. She was the smaller of two doelings. Pene is a sweet, shy, feminine doeling. She will only be sold with another doe or wether. I don't think she would do well being sold alone. $150.00 Angora Does & Doelings Each and every doe is special and we can't decide which ones to sell. Some are "lifers" here and some we could part with because they gave us kids just as nice as they are. If you see a particular doe or doeling you are interested in, please e-mail or call. We will have a ton of kids starting in March, so if you have a special color or line you are interested in, please let us know. We will need to sell kids and does next summer because we can't keep them all...even though we would like to! Angora Bucks MICAH: Micah was born June 2009 and is out of Diedre and Gideon. He is a stunning buck. We plan on showing Micah at the Estes Park Wool Festival in June 2010. MORENITO: Morenito is a very nice bay gelding. He is good around goats and well behaved. He has been shown in the obstacle course in both open shows and 4-H. KATIA: Katia is a bay female that is also very good around goats and a nice, easy keeper. We originally purchased Katia as our guardian lama. She surprised us one day with a baby. Unbeknownst to the former owner, she was pregnant when we bought her. We will keep her baby as our guardian llama. Katia has been shown in both open shows and 4-H. We have decided to sell our two agouti rabbits. We would prefer to sell them together. AKORN: Color - chestnut. Akorn is a wonderful mother. She has a great body and ear. Her head is a little more narrow than I would like, but a great buck compensates for this. When bred to a seal she produces shadeds and selfs, when bred to another agouti she produces agoutis and selfs. Akorn has always been an inside rabbit and treated like a pet. $40.00 ON HOLD BIG AL: Color - broken opal. Big Al is a real attention getter. He is gorgeous and he knows it.
